The trade history of the Tavukçuoğlu Ailesi (family) leads back to the beginning of the 1900s, but the first official documents were registered in the Chamber of Commerce of Rize in 1953. In those years Tavukçuoğlu Ailesi (family) entered the construction sector with a company, involved in the wholesale of construction materials that in time became a trade mark in Rize. In 1975, Tavukcuoglu Ins. San. Tic. Koll. Sti. was established by Nesat and Sedat Tavukcuoglu brothers.

In time, Tavukcuoglu Ins. San. Tic. Koll. Sti. perfected itself in luxurious residence construction and built super luxurious residences and formed an example in the industry. The company did not limit itself only to residential buildings, but also designed and produced aesthetic and luxurious commercial centers, with the latest technology, which became major reference points with the time especially in the downtown Kadikoy area.

By a joint decision, Nesat and Sedat Tavukcuoglu set a point to their activities in August 2004. Nesat Tavukcuoglu and his family established a new company NYN Tavukcuoglu Construction Co., and continued to give service to the public with their all known quality in the sector.
